Attorney Madeline D. Lynch

Madeline Lynch is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Goldberg & Oriel.

Attorney Madeline Lynch graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Sociology. Madeline then attended and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in May of 2014. During her time at Suffolk Law, she gained practical legal experience through a variety of internships, acted as a 3:03 certified student attorney representing and advocating for survivors of domestic violence, and was awarded Honorable Mention Oral Advocate recognition during her first year of law school.

Madeline was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2014. Since becoming a member of the Bar, Madeline has developed a primary focus in civil litigation, specifically in the area of creditors’ rights. She has gained significant experience in representing companies and individuals in consumer and commercial collections, from the beginning stages of litigation through post-judgment efforts and resolutions.
