Attorney James W. Simpson, Jr, Of Counsel

Attorney Simpson has over 20 years’ experience in litigating matters before the Massachusetts State Courts and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has represented numerous clients in personal injury matters, auto accident claims, slip and fall claims and other related claims. Moreover, he has represented hundreds of clients in employment matters including wage and hour litigation and has been lead class counsel in several class action matters involving violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act which resulted in sizable settlements on behalf of his clients. Attorney Simpson has defended and prosecuted numerous cases to trial and appeal and has obtained favorable results for his clients.

Prior to forming his own office in 2007, Attorney Simpson was an associate for an insurance defense firm in Boston where he successfully defended hundreds of claims on behalf of his clients. His work on the “defense” side has given him keen insight into the claims and settlement procedures that many insurance companies employ against persons asserting claims for injuries sustained in auto accidents, slip and falls and other matters.
